Our Camps are a mix of ON ICE and OFF ICE training.The ON ICE training is based on the Laura Stamm International Power Skating System recognized as the best training system in the World.
The OFF ICE Training will be conducted at the CUTTING EDGE HOCKEY CENTER.Players will work on Puckhandling,vision,Quickness and Agility.
Register before June 15th and we will pay the HST!

Speed Training
Skating With Pucks
Resistance Drills
Explosive Starts & Acceleration
Lateral Mobility
Stations

COST:$295 Plus Tax for 7.5 hours of ON ICE instruction and 6 Hours of OFF ICE instruction.
Friday will be a 4 on 4 game from 9:30AM-11AM.Drop 9AM PICK UP 11:15AM
