  We offer a variety of Programs throughout the Year to fill your training needs.Our ON ICE program is built around the LAURA STAMM INTERNATIONAL POWER SKATING SYSTEM which is recognized as the best system in the World.

Our OFF ICE programming will take place at the CUTTING EDGE HOCKEY CENTER set to open in Dartmouth,June 2008.The Center will house the latest in Training equipment .There are 3 main training areas within the facility to develop Puck skills,vision,quickness,strength,speed and power.
